During the summer you can see reindeer in your backyard every day.

Villa Marja is situated in Nissinvaara, half way between the city of Kuusamo and Ruka Ski Resort. It is a brand new bright wooden cottage with enough space for up to 8+2 persons.

Downstairs you can find a spacious open kitchen and living area next to two bedrooms. Upstairs there are 4 more beds. 2 extra beds are available for children in a bigger groups.

The electric sauna heater is always ready to provide great moments of relaxation in no time. In front of the cottage you will find a outdoor jacuzzi Marquis Woodstock, available to use for an extra fee. Enjoy bathing outdoors and if you are lucky, you can admire northern lights at the same time!

Nissinvaara mountain bike trail runs by this cottage. In winter time a ski track leading to Ruka as well as the centre of Kuusamo is only a few metres away.

The driving distance to Ruka ski resort is 16 km. The Kuusamo airport is only 7km away. You will find a car being essential to get around.
