A perfect 14 persons villa in Ruka for any trip

Hyvätuuli is a majestic villa in Ruka with an outdoor jacuzzi, spacious enough to sleep up to 14 people comfortably.

Downstairs there are three big bedrooms, each equipped with its own bathroom (toilet and shower) as well as plenty of closet space. Upstairs there is a bigger bedroom with its own toilet and two smaller bedrooms with lower ceilings that have six more beds total. Bedrooms are located either at the other side of the villa or upstairs, so anyone looking for solitude and privacy will not be disturbed by the noise from the living and the fireplace rooms.

The kitchen is so well-equipped it will please even the more demanding cooks. It has a full-length fridge and high-quality Finnish tableware by Pentik, making cooking here very nice and easy. Kitchen, dining and living areas are all in the same open, very spacious place but there are a couple of low steps separating the dining area from the living room.

From big living room windows, you can see picturesque forest of Ruka, Kuusamo as well as the back terrace. Here you can truly enjoy peace and quiet in nature as there are no neighboring cottages visible from any living spaces. The living room has plenty of space even for a bigger company to hang out comfortably, with cozy fire from the fireplace making it even more enjoyable. There is a SmartTV for entertainment, and if you want to take it to another level, there is also a karaoke machine with two mics and a Singa karaoke collection.

Attached to the living room is a separate fireplace room, with a second fireplace and a second 58” SmartTV. The room is also conveniently equipped with its own fridge and freezer combo. Living and fireplace rooms are separated from each other with sliding doors.

Sauna spaces can be accessed from either the fireplace room or the main hallway. This Ruka villa has Immediately ready–electric sauna with two showers, as well as an exit to the terrace where you can cool down. The jacuzzi is located on the back terrace, in front of the living room. It can be accessed either from the fireplace room or from the sauna terrace. Jacuzzi is available for use throughout your stay.

There is a gorgeous outdoor cooking fire on the front terrace, where you can gather around to grill sausages and enjoy the company.

The backyard has cover for three cars, equipped with heater plugs and a charging station for electric cars. Charging is included in the booking price. There is also two warm 6m2 storages for storing equipment such as skis and bikes. Additional storage can be found in the main building storage, where you can hang things from the roof.

Ruka Ski Resort is about 2km away and nearest service station and grocery store about 2.5km away. Skiing and sledding trails are near enough to not require a car to access. The nearest airport is Kuusamo airport, which is 30km away.
