The ground floor has an open living room-kitchen with peaceful views of the nearby forest and access to the back terrace. The terrace has comfortable outdoor furniture and a gas grill. All rooms downstairs have comfortable underfloor heating. There is a fireplace and a 55″ SmartTV in the living room. The air pump cools the apartment comfortably in the Summer.

The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage space. Upstairs there are two separate smaller bedrooms, one with one 90cm bed and the other with two 80cm beds and wardrobes. The lobby has a desk and office chair, two bean bag chairs and a TV + Playstation 3, as well as board games and books to pass the time. If necessary, a sofa bed can be spread for two additional guests in the upstairs lobby.

The kitchen is well-equipped for crockery and cooking. The home also has a drying cabinet, washing machine and there is a carport and outdoor storage space outside. Indoor dogs are allowed, no cats.
