Kelokettu is a cozy cottage for six persons situated near Rukatunturi ski resort. Spend a fantastic holiday in this freshly renovated log cabin amidst gorgeous Finnish nature!

LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN

From the open-plan kitchen and living room, you can admire the forest landscape and feel the tranquility of surrounding nature. Make food in the spacious, high-quality kitchen and enjoy your morning coffee on the outdoor terrace. Cozy up in the living room next to the fireplace and enjoy your movie nights with a big SmartTV and a sound system. All rooms downstairs have floor heating for maximum comfort.

BEDROOMS

Quality beds and fresh bed linens guarantee a goodnight sleep. There are two bedrooms downstairs. The master bedroom has a 160cm Tempur-bed and the other bedroom has a 140cm bed. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space for clothes and personal items. The loft has three 80cm wide beds, which can be combined into a double bed. The loft can be accessed by safe but narrow stairs and it has a mostly low ceiling.

For little travellers, there is a travel cot available.

SAUNA AND HOT TUB

The sauna is hot and steamy, and you can look at the gorgeous forest scenery while relaxing in it. There is a rainfall shower and a toilet in the sauna section of the cottage.

For even more perfect relaxation, you can rent a wood-heated Kiramin Comfort hot tub! The hot tub is located in the backyard to guarantee peace and privacy. The composite hot tub is hygienic and its powerful fireplace ensures a quick heating time. The hot tub is available year round. Experience Finnish winter cold, starry skies, Northern Lights and midnight sun from the warmth of the hot tub!

EQUIPMENT

The front hallway has a drying cabinet and the bathroom has a washing machine.

ARRIVING BY CAR

Your car can be parked in the carport, right next to the cottage, which will protect your vehicle especially during snow storms in winter.

OUTDOORS

In summer and fall, you can pick berries and mushrooms in nearby forest to use in your meals. Nearby lake Ihtinkijärvi has a rowing boat available for use, with an electric motor available for rent. In winter, snowmobiling tracks are accessible straight from the cottage and by car you will reach ski resort in 5 min.
