Your perfect holiday home for all seasons. Villa Vaami is a gorgeous woodland cabin seated on the shore of lake Ronttijärvi. Recently built and completed in 2023, Villa Vaami is a brand new luxury vacation spot nestled in the privacy of nature and accommodates 6 people.

LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN

Admire unique lake and forest views from the comfort of your wooden cabin. Cook delicious meals in the high class kitchen and enjoy your morning coffee on the Summer terrace. Atmospheric lighting, a fireplace and the 58” smartTV bring comfort to the living room. All ground floor rooms have underfloor heating keeping the cabin at a consistent comfortable temperature.

BEDROOMS

The cabin has two double bedrooms on the ground floor, both of which have their own 32” smartTV. The master bedroom has a 180cm double bed and a private bathroom. Another bathroom can be found next to the sauna. The second bedroom has two 80cm beds and a wardrobe. The loft has two additional beds and well lit stairs with a baby gate at the base. High chair and travel cot are available upon request.

SAUNA, HOT TUB AND LAKE

Socialize with groups of up to six people in a traditional wood-fired finnish sauna. Complete your finnish sauna experience with rainwater showers and atmospheric lighting of the luxurious bathroom. Relax in the Marques Monaco Elite Outdoor Jacuzzi and take in the surrounding nature anytime of the year. 

Take a refreshing chilly dip in the lake when the snow begins to fall for health benefits or cool off and have a swim during the Summertime. The water off the jetty is deep and you can jump off into deep, clean water. A shallower area has been made for smaller children to play. Sun loungers are great for relaxing on the beach and there is a row boat for moving around. An electric outboard boat motor is also available on request..

Ronttijärvi is a lake with clear water and fish such as trout, grayling, whitefish, perch. The lake water is completely drinkable.

EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE

The wooden cabin has a separate drying space, where you can find a washing machine and a drying cabinet. In winter, you can dry and store your sledding and skiing equipment here easily and carefree.

DRIVE YOUR CAR STRAIGHT TO THE CARPORT

The carport is suitable for large vehicles, there is also enough space for snowmobiles or bicycles. A high-quality Webasto Pure charging station is also available for electric vehicles.

BARBECUE HUT

To top off your unique vacation you need to try out the barbecue hut where you can enjoy an open fire regardless of the weather. Versatile equipment is available for grilling e.g. brick pan, smoking pot, halter, soot pan, sausage sticks and an additional refrigerator. There is also a wonderful campfire spot right on the beach, where you can admire the gorgeous natural sunsets at the end of Summer or even the nightless midsummer!
