General Information

The villa has three keys. We recommend keeping one key next to the front door in the key holder throughout your vacation and using two to get around. The same key is used for the front door of the villa, the technical space and the carport’s storage.

The two warm storage areas of the carport on the sides of the villa are at your disposal. You can store your own hobby equipment there, for example.

You can store and dry clothes and shoes in the technical room of the main building. The ceiling has bars for hangers.

The cabin has a karaoke machine with microphones. Follow the instructions to turn it on.

Winter Guests’ Checklist!

• If you have reserved a hot tub or outdoor jacuzzi for your vacation, please read the instructions carefully and contact us if you have any questions! Let’s make sure that the pipes or the stove are not frozen when it’s time to go home!

• Roads and parking lots are plowed with tractor power after snowfall. The tenant himself keeps the outdoor stairs and terraces clear of snow and the passageways open. Snow shovel, snow shovel and brush can be found in every cabin!

• When you notice that a tractor is coming to do snow work in front of the cottage, please be kind and move your car.

• If you have reserved ski tickets for your holiday through us, please remember to leave them at the cabin on the day of departure!

Sauna

Hot Tub

Please familiarize yourself with the whirlpool instructions in advance. The tenant is responsible for using the hot tub in accordance with the instructions. If you are unsure about something, call 0400 906 369/ Tommi

Fireplace

When using fireplaces, please be careful with the fires and remember to open the smoke dampers before lighting the fires. Burn only small amounts of wood at a time and empty the cooled ashes into zinc buckets at the latest at the end of the holiday. Firewood can be found in the warehouse on the right side of the carport.

There is a copper sheet under the fire pit on the front terrace as a fire protection. The sheet is very slippery in icy weather, so move carefully around the campfire. The clay under the pot is for melting water.

Pets

Pets are welcome at Hyvätuuli. However, please note the booking conditions. You can find the booking conditions on our website and in your booking confirmation.

Check-Out

When your vacation is over and it’s time to leave, please take the trash and ashes out, collect the sheets and towels and place them in piles, put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn on the machine, thank you! Empty bottles can be left in bags in the kitchen or on the porch if desired. Check that the three keys to the villa are in place (two in the hall key and one in the key holder), you have retrieved your own goods and equipment from outside storage and the technical space of the main building. Please also return all the items you used to their places. If there are any problems or issues we need to be made aware of when we prepare the cottage for the next guests please leave us a message. The check-out time is 11 am unless agreed upon otherwise.
